President  ll  (she/her/they)

Pamm meyers, storyteller, dynamic leader and advocate dedicated to fostering prosperity within the LGBTQIA community through business innovation and social advocacy. With a multifaceted background, Pamm has become a trailblazer in various fields, leaving an indelible mark on New Mexico’s LGBTQIA and business communities. As CEO of Go Social, Pamm Meyers Social Media.


Pamm is at the forefront of digital marketing and podcasting solutions for business owners and organizations. Her visionary approach has empowered countless ventures to harness the potential of social media, unlocking new avenues for growth and engagement and is a driving force behind her client’s success, leveraging the power of connectivity to elevate their brand through digital marketing and podcasting. 


Pamm is the managing partner of Two Flower Productions, a podcasting company that produces “Lip Service, the podcast of Our Coming Out stories”, (4800+ subscribers in 39 countries), 3Q, New Mexico’s Business Podcast,  (4439+ subscribers in New Mexico).

Suzanne Wheeler

Vice President  ll  (she/her)

 
Suzanne Wheeler’s experience brings a broad and innovative leadership background to our business alliance. She is a small business owner, retired Army Colonel, former LGBT Chamber CEO, LGBTQIA+ advocate, and conservationist. She recently moved from the Midwest to New Mexico because of the empowering environment for LGBTIA+ community and is dedicated to continuing that progress for the businesses and citizens of our state. 

 

Suzanne is the owner of Prism Consulting, a strategic consulting and leadership development company focused on small businesses, governmental agencies, and non-profits. Suzanne also owns Authentic Outdoors, which is a company focused on expanding opportunities for community members that are typically overlooked by the outdoor industry.

 

At the time of her military retirement, she was the senior serving transgender officer in the United States military. Suzanne was an integral member of the team that facilitated lifting the ban on transgender military service and her passion for creating Inclusive environments that spark the creativity, collaboration, and improved problem-solving is reflected in her businesses and involvement with NMOABA.

Jamey

NM CFO

Having worked in the bookkeeping world for 17 years with local small businesses, Jamey has the drive and determination to get the job done. Enjoying the unique challenges that each individual company has created a focus on educating the client on day-to-day transactions that lead the client to an overall thorough knowledge of their business. Jamey enjoys camping, hiking and skiing as well as a car club, a dinner social club and NMOBA during his free time. Giving back to the community is a top priority for Jamey.

Michelle Mirabal 

Board Member at Large 

Third Soul Events



Michelle Mirabal is the Founder of Third Soul Events, a dynamic Latina‑owned production company known for bringing culture, creativity, and community to life. With 25 years of experience across the hotel industry and private sector, Michelle has built a reputation for transforming ideas into unforgettable experiences through sharp strategy, meticulous detail, and a signature creative flair.


Since launching Third Soul Events in 2006, she has led the design and execution of some of New Mexico’s most impactful events and conferences—always with an eye toward inclusivity, storytelling, and elevating local voices. Her leadership continues to expand the company’s reach into regional markets, where she brings the same high‑quality production, cultural awareness, and innovative spirit that define her work.

Rooted in her identity as a Latina creator and community builder, Michelle is passionate about shaping spaces where people feel seen, celebrated, and connected. When she’s not producing events, she’s recharging through Curanderismo, global travel, live music, and time spent with her fur baby soul mate.

Nikki Neuen

Board Member at Large 

Nikki has been working for and around nonprofits since 2004 and has been calling New Mexico home since the gorgeous autumn of 2023. She is the Principal Death Doula at Bonne Mori, and the Vice President of the New Mexico Deathcare Network. She offers her nonprofit communications and fundraising expertise to clients through Logical Alternative. Nikki attends the NM LGBTQ Roundtable, and is the NMOBA liaison to the Western Business Alliance.
